We ship domestic via USPS priority mail – 1-3 business days nationwide, or UPS Second Day Air.

How do I return my order?
SaunaTek gladly accepts returns on items within 30 days of purchase, some exceptions do apply. Items being returned must be in their original condition (unworn, unlaundered & with the original packaging).
To return your purchase, please ship the item(s) to:

SaunaTek is not responsible for supplying return labels or refunding shipping costs.
Please include the following with your package: your name, your address, the original order number of the item and the reason you are returning the item.
When will I get my refund?
A refund for the returned item(s) will be credited to the original payment account upon arrival of return at the warehouse.
Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping and an additional 1 to 2 days for the return to be processed
How do I exchange my order?
SaunaTek will gladly help you exchange products to ensure your order is to your satisfaction. Items being exchanged must be in their original condition (unworn, unlaundered & with the original packaging).
To exchange an order you must place a new order for the desired product(s), send the new order number to customerservice@saunatek.com and ship the product being exchanged to

When will I get my refund?
A refund for the exchanged item(s) will be credited to your original payment account upon arrival of the exchange at the fulfillment center.
Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping and an additional 1 to 2 days for the exchange to be processed.
Please note when placing your new order you will be charged for shipping. Upon arrival of the exchanged item at the fulfillment center, SaunaTek will refund the shipping cost, as a sign of our appreciation.
